Meet Sarah
Sarah Frostad of Combined Efforts is an Equine Canada Competition Coach Specialist in the disciplines of dressage, eventing, and show jumping, and an Equine Canada Learn to Ride Evaluator. She also holds a Diploma in Equine Sciences from Olds College.
A former competitor herself, Sarah has successfully coached students competing up to the FEI level/NAYRC, as well as non-competitive students who want to have a better relationship with their horse and continue to refine their skills.
Primarily teaching out of Heatherdown Hills Arena just west of Edmonton, Sarah provides lessons to boarders and haul-in riders throughout the week, for people of all ages, levels, and abilities, in a fun and friendly environment.
Although her speciality is in jumping and eventing, Sarah helps riders of all disciplines hone their skills, whether for pleasure or preparing for competition.
